Welcome to Wes Hosford School! We invite you to tour our website and get to know our team! The students are very involved in music, art, drama, dance and physical activity.

What an exciting January! We had a number of students and staff commit to the Hair Massacure! Our school community raised over $3 000 and our totals are still rising! Thank you to everyone who supported us in this fundraiser! We have a number of exciting events organized for February! Check out our newsletter for a description!

Did you know that you can support WHF every time you shop at Cobs Bread Bakery? Wes Hosford School is now registered at the Sherwood Park Cobs to receive a percentage of all sales from our community. All you have to do is say your are part of Wes Hosford and the clerk will input our code so we can receive the benefits!

Wes Hosford is pleased to announce that we have registered a team, in the 10th Anniversary of the Hair Massacure.  The Hair Massacure is a fundraising campaign aimed at raising money for children fighting cancer.  The proceeds raised are divided among the Children's Stollery Foundation, The Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Ronald McDonald Foundation.

Anyone wishing the join the team requires a parent permission and Mr. Bresden will register your child on the Wes Hosford Elementary, Hair Massacure Team.

You can participate in a number of ways:

• Dye your hair pink and be a proud victim at the Mass Shaving at Wes Hosford on February 3, 2012
• Dye pink streaks in your hair to show that you are supporting the Hair Massacure.
• Donate money through the website or at the school.
• Donate your hair (Must be 10 inches in length and cannot be coloured/treated)
